The Spirit of Elijah ======================================================================== CHAPTER 1: THE SPIRIT OF ELIJAH ======================================================================== The Spirit of Elijah Mal 4:5-6 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. Many people think in terms of this being fulfilled in John the Baptist, and it was partially. But Elijah the prophet also comes before the great and terrible day of the Lord. There is a tiny piece of common sense at work here, many marvel at the intercession and prophetic move across the world today. Every where you go, you run into intercessors. Let me state in no uncertain terms, "intercessor" is another name for prophet (apply the rule of 1st use to the first use of the word "prophet" in Gen 20:7, plus other verses). Why are we reluctant to admit so many prophets have gone into the world? It’s quite simple., really, SHOW ME ONE TIME WHEN PROPHETS WERE RAISED UP, WHEN THE PEOPLE OF GOD, OR THEIR LEADERS, WERE NOT IN APOSTASY! No one wants you to know that. The religious system is too profitable to the ones making "merchandise of You;" 2Pe 2:3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. So why all the prophets, granted many are false, fleecing you to line their own pockets. But why so many intercessors and prophets? Their very existence provides the answer, the people of God are in a worse state of apostasy than ever before. When did this apostasy creep in? Paul, Peter, John, and Jude all provide an answer. In their letters, they all mentioned fighting it: 1Jn 2:18-19 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. Many people believe that the antichrist is a person with a microchip in his hand, be that as it may, antichrist has been with us since at least the time of John. Who is Antichrist? The prefix “anti”,” in English means “against” but in Greek, it can mean “against” or “instead of.” The word “Christ” means “anointed” or “anointed one.” In other words, antichrist is either against Christ or a substitute for Christ. Let’s examine some scripture substituting the translation of “Christ” for the transliteration. (The word “Christ” is a transliteration not a translation.” Mat 24:4-5 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Anointed; and shall deceive many. Mat 24:23-26 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here isan Anointed One, or there; believe it not. 24 For there shall arise false Anointed Ones, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25 Behold, I have told you before. 26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. Now, open up a copy of Charisma magazine and look at all the ads for “anointed speakers.” Scripture speaks of us having a corporate anointing, but one is usually anointed on the head---the “house of God” has only one HEAD! And, as His Body, we share His anointing and have no need of an individual anointing. That’s right, little children, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagan, TD Jakes, Jack Van Impe, and the little old lady in the back pew anointed as a “prophetic intercessor” are the antichrist! More than likely…so is your pastor…are you? Mat 7:22-23 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. How did it happen? Many people and most preachers have a copy of the book, Vine’s Expository Dictionary, look up the word "cross" and it gives a picture of how the apostasy began. As Christianity began to grow, many compromises were made to accommodate the influx of pagan new "believers." Until, we eventually ended up with a set of customs that bears little resemblance to the church that Jesus and the apostles established. Yes, folks, even that "cross" you wear around your neck is paying honor to a demon. 1Co 10:19-21 What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing? 20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. 21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils. Examine your faith, is it based on the word of God, or is it based on custom and traditions that like that of the Pharisees, was passed down and not questioned until their customs and traditions became a substitute for the worship of the one True God. Jesus said, those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and truth. A lot of people have plenty of spirit (not always the Holy Spirit), not it’s time to bring in the Truth. Someone said, it seems they see more demons in the church than in the world, no offense to this person, but DUH? The church has been actively worshipping demons for at least 1700 years. They have mixed the worship of the Lord God Almighty with the pagan customs and practices of demons. Think about that when you get up on December 25th and bow down to the Persian god, Mithras. Think about that when you preacher stands behind a podium with the symbol of the Babylonian god Tammuz on it. In fact, the “Jesus” that the western church teaches, is not the Jesus of the Bible, but is Mithras with a Jesus Halloween mask. By the way, His name wasn’t even “Jesus, “ the “J” did not exist until about 500 years ago. In the Greek, His name was transliterated in a close approximation of the pronunciation (at the time) to “Iesous.” Our Lord, however was a Hebrew, and His name was (there are variations) “Yahoshua” or “Yeshua.” It is not customary or proper to translate a name into another language, if Pierre visits the United States, we don’t call him Peter, for example. And even if His name had been translated, the English translation of our Lord’s name is Joshua. He bore the same name as Moses’ successor. Back to Basics Christianity was a religion of simplicity. Just His children in an ongoing relationship with the Creator of all there is who adopted them as His children. They didn’t have formal liturgies and rituals, they gathered to enjoy each other in the presence of Jesus, share a meal and each others experiences in the Lord. Now we gather in ornate buildings with demonic symbols all over it, go into debt we’ll never get out of to honor a demonic god, play hide and seek with fertility symbols in the Spring, and we wonder that so many demons manifest in church! For years I have seen this, for years I have fought saying anything, even ran away from God a few times because of what I was seeing but not wanting to open my mouth. I can no longer be silent. I love the Creator with all my heart, and I can no longer bear to see His worship tainted by the smell of the pit. I can no longer see His people deceived, robbed, and cheated of their inheritance...One thing, IF THE LORD GIVES YOU SOMETHING TO SAY, HE DIDN’T GIVE IT TO YOU TO SELL, and if He didn’t give you the word, THE BOOK YOU WROTE AIN"T WORTH THE PAPER IT’S PRINTED ON.YOUR TAPES AIN’T WORTH SQUAT! YOUR VIDEOS ARE WORTHLESS! Either you’re making merchandise of the word of God, or your defrauding God’s people by claiming the words you sell are HIS! Why are so many demons in the church? Maybe it’s because the people in the world are more honest than those in the church! Where are God’s people? There aren’t many left in your church. Look around, if you’re one of God’s people, you’re probably the only one left. The rest of God’s people couldn’t stand the smell! The Lord has said to them, COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE LEST YOU SHARE IN HER SINS! And they have left. The restrainer has been removed. Antichrist is leaping for joy because he has a clear playing field in your church. And in one hour that WHORE you call a church will be destroyed! Get out now! While you still can. Repent of your idolatry. The church is preaching peace and prosperity, sudden destruction is upon her. The last days began on the day of Pentecost, and now, 1970 or so years later, the end is even closer. Are you prepared? The King of Kings and Lord of Lords is mounting His white stallion, His sword is in His hand...you do not want to be one of His enemies when He comes through. Jesus has been standing outside the door of your church knocking and no one has let Him in...now He’s gonna flatten the place. And YHWH answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run who readeth it.
