We're dear friends of Greg Gordon and the burden of God to see the church revived and strengthened and purified so that Jesus Christ can be glorified in the church, in our generation, is just something dear to our hearts. And we don't come from ones that have an experience of that. We just come from ones who've been or being granted repentance currently, acknowledging that we have not glorified Jesus Christ and that his name has not been honored through our lives and the disunity in the church. The lack of a clear testimony of righteousness in our community. And we're humbling our hearts and crying out and seeking a thorough brokenness in our own fellowship. And we join with all of those who gathered to cleanse their hands and purify their hearts and change their laughter to mourning and their joy to gloom and draw near to God so that God can draw near to us. And his favor can once again so rest upon a group of people that we don't just claim he's with us, that those outside the walls of our gathering see that the Lord is with us. Where the hand of the Lord is upon his servants again, like it was upon Nehemiah and Ezra and John the Baptist, where we can be a clear witness of the testimony of Jesus Christ, of his righteousness, of his love, of the unity of the faith and of the unity of the spirit that brings him glory. And we're burdened about this. And so we're joining with you. We'll be praying for you that God would grant a deep brokenness and faith that the spirit of the Lord can be poured out. And that the dry ground can become fertile and that even that the bones that have been dry and scattered by the prophetic word of the Lord Jesus Christ, by men who've been broken and contrite and trembling at God's word, filled with the spirit of God and his burden. Prophesying, speaking the truth in love and seeing repentance granted to those that are in their hearing so that faith is born again for the glory of God to come and be again manifested in the meetings of the churches all over the world. But especially in our country, in our area, that we don't just talk about a theory, but an actual reality that we can testify from others who come in our midst and experience the conviction of God where they fall down and cry out, having been convicted of their sins. Surely God is among you of a truth and that people just make a confession of faith, but there is a genuine conversion and become new creatures in Christ where the name of Jesus Christ is glorified by his power being manifested in the new creations they are being made by the evident spirit of God's work on their lives. Our hearts are with you. We long to see God's spirit poured out, and if it's poured out there before it's poured out on us, we will rejoice that the name of Jesus Christ will be magnified and glorified among you. It's a race for us. It's a race to humble ourselves and cry out till God pours out his spirit and righteousness upon us. ======================================================================== Video: https://sermonindex2.b-cdn.net/cyvN4-yqbx0.mp4 Source: https://sermonindex.net/speakers/alan-martin/revival-conference-victoria-2010/ ========================================================================
