What's going on in this world? Well, this world is launching its final
rebellion against the lordship of Jesus Christ. It's always been in the
heart of humankind to go its own way, to do its own thing, to craft its
own rules of what's right and what's wrong. The essence and the nature
of sin in the Garden of Eden is to actually rebel against God, but
there's been a restraining force, a restraining power in the world
against that.

Instituted, governed, carried by the Spirit of God, there has been a
restrainer. One day, the scripture tells us, that the restraining hand
of God will be lifted, and humankind will devolve into a depravity never
ever seen on such a scale in all of history.
