It was such a shock at first when God showed up and showed me my heart,
but then it just opened up a whole new life, the life of Christ. And as
the brethren have shared today, also God shows you that this heart is
nothing but a cesspool of sin. And unless we're filled with the Spirit,
it's not too good.

And so we have a duty. The whole duty of man is to fear God and to keep
His commandments, and it's a wonderful thing. When I went into that new
life, one of the things that I did, I started traveling around the
country for a little while with the evangelists doing pre-Crusade work,
so to say, because if he got an invitation, then he wanted me to go in
there first.

And I asked God a question. I said, Why are we in such a mess? Why are
our churches, why do we have to have a revival all the time? And he
said, Okay, keep your mouth shut and your eyes open as you go into these
churches. And you're in the homes, and I'll teach you.

And he did. He showed me marvelous things. I've got a list of about 18
things that God showed me.

One of the first things that was such an eye-opener was the Lord said
every church is somebody's kingdom. If God is not God there, under the
headship of Christ would be the Holy Spirit working. It's somebody's
kingdom.

And we found out many times when you'd run into that king and that
kingdom, you could have problems, maybe even get thrown out before a
revival would come. It's a shocking thing to find out that your own
heart could be the kingdom of self. Well, Brother Andrew,
