One neighbor said, he told Dr. M.D. Paul, one of our brothers who is now
with the Lord, said, I never expected any Christian to come here to this
area. But you have come here, meaning the fellowship headquarters is in
Nungambakkam, Hyderabad. The rents are very high there.

And a man told me that a neighboring piece of land was bought, that is
one twentieth of an acre, five cents, five or six cents, for fifty
million rupees. See, that is very high price. More than a million
dollars for a small strip.

One twentieth of an acre for over a million dollars. But God has put us
right there. And I am always full of praise.

Some people say, please, we want to give you some land. Please build a
prayer hall here. First, I don't accept lands.

There is a devil in lands. So even if somebody says, I will give you so
many acres, I say, no, I don't want. I will wait for a price, if God
wants us to have it.

So, don't think you can just build a prayer hall in the name of the
fellowship, wherever you please. These are the old landmarks. A place
where people of any community can come.

Now, turn to the eleventh chapter. Here, again and again, we are told,
with His greatness, His mighty hand, which He did in the midst of Egypt,
and what He did unto the army of Egypt, fifth verse, what He did unto
you in the wilderness, sixth verse, when Dathan and Abiram rose up
against Moses, and what He did unto Dathan and Abiram, seventh verse,
what your eyes have seen, all the great acts of the Lord, which He did.
See, friends, you must be careful to give glory to the Lord.
