In the Old Testament, it staggered me when they found the Word of God
buried in the rubble, and the king ordered a pulpit to be built, and the
Word to be brought in the groanings from the kingdom, under the Word of
God, to see how far we've strayed. And you ask, what do we hold out as a
baton to the next generation for revival? Well, the only thing I ever
felt compelled, that I could possibly have any influence, would be to
bring back the Word of God, unadulteratedly, without even explaining,
just as it stands, where I know most pulpits would throw you out, even
if you were Jesus Christ himself.
