In the morning, the other in the evening, then it says a few verses
later in 42, this shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your
generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the
Lord where I meet with you and I speak to you there. So you're to keep
this going perpetually in every generation. You older generation are to
pass it over to a younger generation and every generation is to keep
doing this morning and evening, morning and evening, every single day of
every single year of every single generation.

There is to be a royal priesthood that keep the whole thing alive every
morning. Do you see the importance of just daily devotion? If you lose
the morning sacrifice and the evening sacrifice on a daily basis, you
lose the whole impact on generations.
