13 Bible Verses on Being Happy

13 verses

In God's presence, believers can experience profound joy and happiness, despite life's challenges. Jesus promised His followers that they would have trouble in the world, but He also encouraged them to take heart because He has overcome the world, as stated in John 16:33. The Psalms often express this theme, with verses like Psalms 37:4 and Psalms 16:11 describing the happiness that comes from trusting and delighting in God. Additionally, Philippians 4:4 instructs believers to rejoice in the Lord always, and Psalms 144:15 declares that happy are the people whose God is the Lord.
