10 Bible Verses on God Loving All of His Children

10 verses

The depth of God's love for humanity is a profound theme throughout Scripture. In Romans, we see that God demonstrated His love by sending Jesus to die for us while we were still sinners, as stated in Romans 5:8. The Gospel of John reveals that God's love is so great that He gave His only Son, so that all people could have eternal life, as seen in John 3:16-17. This loving relationship begins even before birth, as Jeremiah 1:5 indicates, and is further emphasized in 1 John 3:1-2, where believers are called children of God, and in Galatians 3:26-29, where all believers are united as one in Christ.

But God proves His love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
Behold what manner of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know Him. Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is.
You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise.
John 14:1
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe in Me as well.
The LORD is near to all who call on Him, to all who call out to Him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear Him; He hears their cry and saves them.
Acts 2:21
And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’
There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear involves punishment. The one who fears has not been perfected in love.
Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to the family of faith.
