In the beginning, humanity was created in God's own image, reflecting His perfection and goodness. According to Psalms, we are "fearfully and wonderfully made," a testament to God's meticulous design and love. However, this original perfection was lost due to sin, and now God is working to redeem and restore us to our intended state. As seen in Matthew and Ephesians, believers are called to strive for perfection and are being transformed into the image of Christ, created to do good works that God has prepared in advance.
