11 Bible Verses on Memory

11 verses

The ability to recall and reflect on past experiences and teachings is a vital aspect of the Christian life. According to John 14:26, the Holy Spirit helps believers remember Jesus' words and teachings. The book of Psalms, particularly Psalms 119:11, highlights the importance of storing God's word in one's heart, while Proverbs 10:7 notes that the memory of the righteous is blessed. As 1 Corinthians 2:16 and Hebrews 4:12 suggest, remembering God's words and deeds allows believers to discern His will and live according to His truth.
