In the face of life's challenges, the Bible encourages a hopeful outlook, trusting in God's sovereignty and goodness. As Joshua prepared to lead the Israelites, he was reminded to be strong and courageous, for God was with him (Joshua 1:9). The apostle Paul wrote that all things work together for good for those who love God (Romans 8:28), and that believers can do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13). This confidence in God's power and love should shape our words and actions, as Ephesians 4:29 and Proverbs 4:23 teach, guiding us to speak and live in ways that bring hope and edification to others.

Turn away from such as these!
