In the face of trials and challenges, believers are called to trust in God's power and provision to overcome them. Jesus Himself promised that His followers would face tribulation, but He also assured them of ultimate victory, saying that in Him, they would overcome the world. The apostle John wrote that the victory that has overcome the world is their faith, as seen in 1 John 5:4, while the book of Romans declares that believers are more than conquerors through Christ.
