16 Bible Verses on Promotion

16 verses

In God's plan, true advancement and recognition come from Him, not human effort alone. The Psalms teach that God is the one who lifts people up and brings them down, as seen in Psalms 75:7, and that He grants success to those whose hearts are pure, as in Psalms 1:1-3. According to James 4:10, humility is a key to being exalted by God, while Colossians 3:23 encourages believers to work diligently as unto the Lord. By trusting in God's sovereignty and living in obedience to His will, as expressed in Psalms 20:4, believers can experience the promotion that comes from God.
