10 Bible Verses on Rewards

10 verses

In God's economy, faithfulness and obedience are met with promise of reward, as seen in James 1:12, where the blessed person who perseveres under trial will receive the crown of life. According to Colossians 3:23-24, serving the Lord with diligence and sincerity will result in an inheritance from Him. The teachings of Jesus in Matthew 16:27 and Matthew 25:21 emphasize that each person will be rewarded according to their works, highlighting the importance of living a life that honors God. As expressed in Psalms 37:4, those who delight in the Lord will be given the desires of their heart, underscoring the idea that true fulfillment comes from seeking and serving Him.
