14 Bible Verses on Taking Care of Our Body

14 verses

As believers, we are called to honor God with our physical bodies, recognizing they are temples of the Holy Spirit. In 1 Corinthians, we are reminded that our bodies belong to God and should be used to glorify Him. The Bible teaches us to trust in God's provision, as seen in Luke, and to present our bodies as living sacrifices, as Paul writes in Romans. Created in God's image, as stated in Genesis, we are to care for our bodies as a way of worshiping and serving Him, and in doing so, we can experience peace and contentment, as promised in Philippians.
