12 Bible Verses on Taking Care of Your Body

12 verses

The Bible teaches that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor God with them. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, we are reminded that our bodies belong to God, and we should use them to glorify Him. Additionally, 1 Timothy 4:8 and 3 John 1:2 emphasize the importance of taking care of our physical health, as it is connected to our overall well-being. By being mindful of our habits, as warned in Luke 21:34, and doing everything to the glory of God, as stated in 1 Corinthians 10:31, we can demonstrate our love and respect for Him through the care of our bodies.
