Scripture emphasizes the importance of teaching others, as believers are called to share their knowledge and faith with those around them. In Matthew, Jesus commands His disciples to "go and make disciples of all nations," teaching them to obey His commands. The apostle Paul instructs Timothy to pass on the teachings he has received to "reliable people" who will also be qualified to teach others, as seen in 2 Timothy. The books of James and Colossians also highlight the role of teaching in guiding others towards spiritual maturity and wisdom.
