9 Bible Verses on Therapy

9 verses

In times of distress, Scripture offers guidance on finding healing and restoration. Proverbs emphasizes the importance of seeking wise counsel, stating that "where there is no guidance, a nation falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety." The Bible also encourages believers to resist evil and submit to God, as seen in James, and to trust in the power of the Holy Spirit, as noted in 2 Timothy. Additionally, Romans teaches believers to renew their minds and Jeremiah promises that God will restore health to those who have been broken, demonstrating His desire to bring wholeness to His people.
