In times of exhaustion and fatigue, the Bible offers comfort and reassurance to those who are weak and weary. The prophet Isaiah encourages believers to wait on the Lord, promising that they will renew their strength and soar on wings like eagles (Isaiah 40:31). Jesus invites all who are weary to come to Him, promising rest for their souls (Matthew 11:28-30). The apostle Paul also urges perseverance, reminding believers not to grow weary in doing good, for they will reap a harvest if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Jeremiah's prophecy adds that God will satisfy the weary soul (Jeremiah 31:25).

Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
But those who wait upon the LORD will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.
Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary; His understanding is beyond searching out.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off every encumbrance and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with endurance the race set out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
