6 Bible Verses on Who Am I in Christ

6 verses

In Scripture, believers are given a profound identity rooted in their relationship with Jesus Christ. As 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Ephesians 2:10 teach, those who have put their faith in Christ are new creations, created to do good works that reflect God's character. According to 1 Peter 2:9, they are also a chosen people, a royal priesthood, called to proclaim God's excellencies. Through faith in Christ, as seen in John 1:12 and assured in Romans 8:1, believers are freed from condemnation and empowered to live as children of God, with all the privileges and responsibilities that entails.
