17 Bible Verses on Witch

17 verses

In the biblical account, those who practice sorcery and divination are condemned as opposing God's will. The law given in Exodus and Leviticus strictly forbids seeking guidance from mediums and witches, warning of severe consequences. The apostle Paul lists sorcery among the works of the flesh in Galatians, while the book of Revelation warns that those who practice such evil will be excluded from eternal life. The historical narrative in 1 Chronicles illustrates the dangers of consulting spirits, as seen in King Saul's demise.
