9 Bible Verses on Witness

9 verses

As believers live out their faith, they are called to share the good news of salvation with others. In Matthew 5:16, Jesus teaches that believers' good works should shine before others, giving glory to God. The Psalms, such as Psalms 66:16, and the prophets, like Isaiah in Isaiah 6:8, demonstrate the importance of testifying to God's mighty deeds, while the New Testament, including 1 Peter 3:15, encourages believers to be prepared to give a reason for their hope. By sharing their faith, Christians fulfill the biblical mandate to be witnesses for God.

Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, first to the Jew, then to the Greek.
