As the end times unfold, the Bible warns of a period of great turmoil and conflict. According to Matthew 24:6-7 and Luke 21:36, nations will rise against nations, and kingdoms against kingdoms, signaling a time of unprecedented global strife. Revelation 20:7-10 describes a final rebellion against God at the end of the millennium, while Matthew 24:21-22 speaks of a great tribulation that will test the faith of believers. Throughout these passages, Jesus and the apostles call believers to remain vigilant and faithful, trusting in God's sovereignty amidst the chaos.

You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. These things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.
So keep watch at all times, and pray that you may have the strength to escape all that is about to happen and to stand before the Son of Man.”
You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. These things must happen, but the end is still to come.
When the thousand years are complete, Satan will be released from his prison, and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—to assemble them for battle. Their number is like the sand of the seashore. And they marched across the broad expanse of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. But fire came down from heaven and consumed them. And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, into which the beast and the false prophet had already been thrown. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
For at that time there will be great tribulation, unmatched from the beginning of the world until now, and never to be seen again. If those days had not been cut short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short.
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Most importantly, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. “Where is the promise of His coming?” they will ask. “Ever since our fathers fell asleep, everything continues as it has from the beginning of creation.”
Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day on which your Lord will come.
No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
We know that we are of God, and that the whole world is under the power of the evil one.
