Psalms 15
BSA1 O LORD [Yehovah, The covenant Name of God], who [what person, whoever] may abide [sojourn, dwell temporarily] in Your tent [tabernacle, sacred dwelling place]? Who [what person, whoever] may dwell [live, reside permanently] on Your holy [set-apart, sacred] mountain [hill, elevated place]? word study 2 He who walks [with blameless conduct, uprightly] with integrity [unblemished, perfect] and practices [works, habitually does] righteousness [justice, God’s standard], who speaks [communicates, declares] the truth [faithfulness, stability] from his heart [innermost being, mind and emotions], word study 3 who has no [false or hurtful] slander on his tongue, who does no [moral or natural] harm to his neighbor [friend or companion], who casts no [shame or disgrace] scorn on his friend [close companion or fellow], word study 4 who despises [holds in contempt, rejects] the vile [a reprobate, worthless person] but honors [shows respect, glorifies] those who fear [revere, have awe for] the LORD [Yehovah, the supreme God], who does not [will not, refuses to] revise [change, alter] a costly [binding, solemn] oath [promise, vow], word study 5 who lends his money [without expecting anything in return, to usury] without interest [or excessive profit] and refuses [to accept, or take] a bribe [or gift to influence a decision] against the innocent [or guiltless, those who have done no wrong].
