For through thy knowledge he that is weak perisheth, the brother for whose sake Christ died.

And so, through your knowledge, you are the cause of destruction to your brother, for whom Christ underwent death.

By your “better knowledge” the weaker believer is destroyed, a believer for whom Christ died.

And through thy knowledge shall the weake brother perish, for whome Christ died.

and the brother who is infirm shall perish by thy knowledge, because of whom Christ died?

And through your knowledge, he who is weak perishes, the brother for whose sake Christ died.

As a result, you who know that idols are not really alive, might cause that fellow believer, one for whom Christ died, ◄to be ruined spiritually/to stop believing in Christ►.

So you will wreck that other Christian that is not so sure about these things. You see, you yourself know that food has no power, but if then you eat it, and that makes another Christian go wrong, you are doing wrong because you wreck that other Christian. And Jesus Christ died for that person.
