Ad Martyras
Tertullian's brief exhortation addressed to Christians imprisoned and awaiting martyrdom in the early third century, encouraging them to endure suffering with courage and joy. He reminds them that their prison is in fact a place of spiritual freedom and that their sacrifice glorifies God.
