CONDEMNATION

1 min read · Chapter 150 of 451
Men by their sins have forfeited all claim upon God; they deserve to perish for their sins—and if they all do so, they have no ground for complaint. ME661 When God asks, “Where art thou?” man must be lost. TN13 We are said by common talk to be in a state of probation, but that is not true: we are all of us in a state of present condemnation, if we are not in Christ Jesus. 1917.472 You have offended God and he is angry. This is not my word: it is written here:—“He is angry with the wicked every day. If he turn not, he will whet his sword. He hath bent his bow and made it ready.” You are in the hands of the God whom you have offended. 3162.449
