Changes Made in This Edition
Spelling (outside of quotations of Scripture) has been updated to modern usage. For example, words like "realise" are now spelled "realize." This is also true for much of the Old English spelling, which has also been updated to modern spelling. For example, instead of "minde," we now read "mind."
Because of the change in page size and text type, the page numbering will not match with the original printed version.
Quotations have been set off by indenting the entire quotation.
Lists which appear in paragraphs have been set apart in a numbered list like the one which appears on this page.
Bold font has been added to headings and lists to make them stand apart.
