IF

IF Have you ever heard an expression like this:

"If I have offended someone I am sorry." Is that a real apology? I think not. Does true repentance really exist in that statement or is it just a front to get narrow-minded people who perhaps are just looking for a reason to end a dispute (and save face) who will accept such a feeble statement? I think that can be exactly what it is in a lot of cases. May God help us.
