The Tombstone Inscription The friends of the White Pilgrim have recently erected a most beautiful Italian in Marble Monument over his grave, at Johnsonburgh, Warren Co., New Jersey, at an expense of about one hundred dollars. The following inscription is
placed upon it:--

JOSEPH THOMAS,
Minister or the Gospel of the Christian Church,
Known as the "WHITE PILGRIM," by reason of wearing white
raiment. Died April 9th, 1835. Aged forty-four
years, one month and two days.
