CHAPTER 12 SPECIAL MIRACLES BY HANDKERCHIEFS AND APRONS
"And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul so that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons and the diseases departed from them and the evil spirits went out of them." Acts 19:11-12 Countless thousands are being healed today by the ministry of blessed cloths. God has made this provision of the sake of the many that cannot get to us for help, that although we cannot reach them and lay hands upon them personally, we can send them a cloth that our hands have touched. This is Gods scriptural method of contacting them that are sick and bound and afflicted, and cannot get into direct contact with those whose faith is strong, and whom the lord is using in this ministry. As the ministry of blessed cloths brought deliverance to thousands in Pauls day, it is still bringing miraculous deliverance now. Thousands of miracles are taking place today through this simple ministry. Gods method of deliverance for those who are sick is still the same today. This method of sending forth cloths form the bodies of Gods anointed ministers is still effective.
God has no respect of persons. Those who are sick should receive these cloths in faith. They should follow the same instructions as those standing in the healing line. When this cloth is laid upon the body of the afflicted person, that person should exercise the same faith that he would if he were in the healing line, and hands actually were laid upon his body. If he will do this, the same results will follow in every case.
These cloths that are received in faith, bear the same virtue and power that the hands of the evangelist bear. This is the scriptural provision that God has made for the countless thousands that cannot attend the divine healing services that are being conducted over the country today.
If the blessed cloth is for yourself, do not place it upon your body until you have followed carefully the instruction in this book. Then, and then only, place it upon your body in faith, believing God for a miraculous delivery the moment it touches your body. If you are sending the clothe to a loved one or a friend who is afflicted, you should take the responsibility yourself of either instructing him perfectly in the way of faith or sending him this book, that through reading it he may acquired the necessary faith for deliverance. In writing the author for blessed clothes, state the kind of disease or sickness from which you desire to be delivered. For convenience, please enclose self-addressed, stamped envelope. I shall lay hands upon and pray over the clothe at a time when I feel impressed of the lord to do so. Your problem or case will receive the same individual attention that you would receive should you be standing in the healing line before the evangelist personally. You may write for these cloths, addressing your requests to the dress in the front of this book.
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THESE BLESSED CLOTHS. However, all offerings are gratefully accepted, and help to carry forward this treat work for God, as there are many expenses involved in this work.
We would suggest that before you request one of these cloths for some one who is sick, first be sure that he has the faith that God gives. It requires the same faith, whether it be the cloth laid upon him or the hands of the evangelist. If you are mailing the cloth to your sick friend, it would be well to enclose this book and your personal letter along with the cloth. I do not suggest your sending this book with the cloth as a means for the sale of this book, but we do believe that your friend needs the same instruction that you have received from this book. We are as anxious to see him healed as you are. Please co-operate with us in very way that you can. Remember that it is faith on the part of the sick person that brings deliverance as well as faith of the one who has laid hands upon the cloth. Only by fait can anything be received from God.
