Beet's Commentary on the New Testament
Joseph Agar Beet (1840–1924) was a British Wesleyan Methodist theologian and professor of systematic theology at Richmond College. His commentaries on Romans, Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, and other Pauline epistles were valued for their careful Greek exegesis and evangelical warmth. Beet combined scholarly rigor with pastoral sensitivity, writing for both the student and the church.
