Eadie's Commentaries on the Greek Text
John Eadie (1810–1876) was a Scottish theologian and professor of biblical literature in the United Presbyterian Church. His commentaries on Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians, based on the Greek text, are considered among the finest treatments of the Pauline prison epistles. Eadie combined deep linguistic knowledge with warm evangelical piety.
