Isaiah 12

Isaiah 12:1-6

Here we have the songs of the people concerning the deliverances wrought by the victories of Jehovah. The first celebrates the personal blessings of the day described, while the second sets forth the gracious results to the peoples of the world issuing from the restoration of the people of God. These great and glorious prophecies are not yet fulfilled, but they are as certain of fulfillment as every word of God is sure.
