HOPELESSLY BANKRUPT

When someone does a kindness to our loved one in need, does it not stir the heart’s gratitude as if it were done to ourselves? Ah, it is sweeter because we love our dear one so. Jesus loves. No one is beyond his brooding, wooing love. He is asking us to help all those in need. We’re hopelessly in debt to him for what he has done; and our debt is payable to all whom we touch.
