I do trust many will by prayers and petitons make this ministry tour known before God. It would be exciting for SermonIndex members that attend these meetings to share on this forum how the Lord spoke to them and their experience of the meetings.

J
JoeA

Will be in prayer for these meetings, trust that God will use His servant to stir some up.

Also, anybody who knows Keith Daniel, please ask him to come to Illinois. Preferably the central region. *wink wink*

P
PreachParsly

I hope to attend atleast one of the meetings in
Mt. Vernon, MO. I was able to go to one last year and it was very good. The sermons was called Parable of the Sower. It is on this site.

What was so amazing to me is that I don't think he even opened up his Bible. He just quoted everything. He would quote part of his text, preach on it, then quote where he left off. It was amazing.

M
MSeaman

I'll be in prayer. I hope to go see him in Scottville Mi.

T

Praise the Lord! I hope to attend the meeting at OKC.

K

Why for all his old school preaching doesn't he ever come to the South?

Z

Lord willing I will be able to go to the meeting in OKC also. Hallelujah! I am full of expectation! Let's keep Keith and his family lifted up in prayer.

No invitations. Sad, uh?

S
sermonindex

I wonder if some churches in the south could still invite him? if so where could they contact someone to speak about that, its great there has been so much response over the schedule, Do write down the dates and tell other people, and even call the pastor to let them know you are coming and for details.

J
JoeA

Does Brother Daniel speak in Pentecostal Churches?

S

It is too late for any churches in the south to invite him this year. But next year is open. They can contact my dad, Don Courville, at don_kdtour@minister.com or pm me for his phone number.

I am not sure about Pentecostal churches. You would have to ask Bro. Keith. :-)

Praise God! what a excellent testimony, its amazing to see how our desires become God's desires. Surely to hear this man of God is something not earthly, may we all seek those things that are from above.

S

Are there any others that will be attending these meetings?

E
erinwhittake

I will be there for sure. This is the third year our church (in Rhinelander, Wi.) has had him speak. This is the second year that we will be having the family. It has been a great blessing to our entire church and those who have visited.

I've added an email address to the contact information for the meetings at Mt. Vernon, MO.
If you are interested learning more about our family camp here is a email address: MBCFamCamp@cs.com

It's a wonderful time to relax and seek God. The schedule is farely lax. A couple meetings in the morning and the evening meetings. Your afternoons are free to pray, meditate in the Word, fellowship with other Believers, walk to a spring, etc...

It would be wonderful to see some fellow SIers there! :-)

Blessings,

S

Great update Roniya! I am glad that this schedule is on SI! May God lead many of us to be able to attend meetings. I know they are going to be a great blessing. It would also be good to be able to get the recordings from the churches on sermonindex also, perhaps I should call all the pastors? or could you faciliate this so they could be sent to me? (audio/videos) that are avaiable once the preaching is done?

S
sermonindex

I can send you the messages from our meetings as soon as they are available, as we have done in past years. You will have to contact the other pastors for their meetings. I think that Rhinelander records the messages and possibly the group at Columbia Falls, MT.
Last year Bro. Keith had four to five messages that he gave over and over. I'm not sure what he will do this year. We'll have to wait and see. :-)

E

We will be recording all the messages here in Rhinelander. I am sure that one of us would be able to get ours to you.

I just wanted to bring this up to remind people to be praying for these meetings.
A couple things to keep in mind when you pray.
1. Keith Daniel and his family as they prepare to leave South Africa and fly to the US in a couple weeks.
2. The anointing of the Spirit of God on the Daniel family as they share the Word.
3. That God would prepare hearts to hear the Word preached and that people would be drawn in to the meetings.

D
DS

We are in prayer for the moving of the Holy Spirit on the Daniel family and on those in the congregation. Are any of the Texas SI members going back to Missouri this year, even though brother Keith will be in Texas? It was a wonderful time of preaching and fellowship last year. I hope to see some of the brethren I met last year.

Brother Keith just preached at our church today (Western Hills, in OKC), and it was very blessed. If you have an opportunity to make it to a meeting or two, I would highly encourage you make it a priority.

P

Brethren, I just returned from Oklahoma City where Keith Daniel preached Saturday night and this Lord's day.

I recorded this morning's message - "The King's Highway." It was a tremendous and pure exhortation to remain on the path of God, to not stray to the left or to the right. This requires a total saturation and the soaking of oneself in the Word of God. Books about the Bible will not suffice, music, fellowship, talking about Jesus, reading Henry and Clarke commentaries, etc. The Christian must discipline himself to covet and depend on the Word of God like oxygen to the soul. If a Christian doesn't have this longing, his entire walk is a grievous thing in God's eyes and he ought not witness or share his faith with anyone because he is a hypocrite and a shameful misrepresentation of true Christianity. Brethren, it was a most powerful exhortation; toward the end I just began weeping as the man opened the pure Word of God and preached holiness with such love, such unction, such aching purity and holiness. There was a mighty presence of the Holy Spirit at the end when he invited those to stand who were ready to make a vow unto God to never again forsake his Holy Word for anything less than a daily private intimacy with Jesus Christ and meditation on the Word of God. I wept freely as I repeated Brother Keith's prayer. Surely God was in that place. A Pastor stood up in the pulpit after Brother Daniel's prayer, broken and weeping before the congregation, asking forgiveness for not making God's Word number one in his life. It was truly humbling. I felt his shame; I am guity of the same.

Brethren, this was a most blessed weekend for me. God has revived my spirit with a new longing and fresh desire to delve in his Word. I want nothing less than God's pure Word, and I am prepared to give all and sacrifice all to gain a more perfect knowledge of Christ. Even now, after six and a half hours on the road, I am still staggered and numb from God dealing with me through this brother's ministry. If this man of God is coming to a place near you - please do what you can to attend a meeting. You will be changed. A 500 mile drive is more than worth it.

God's unsearchable blessings be upon all of you,

Brother Paul

p.s. The church video-taped both services. If you write or call them they will send you a copy.

Brethren, it was a most powerful exhortation

Dear Paul,

Thank you kindly for sharing and in effect exhorting us all to the same. Have been under a similar impression lately, opinions far outpacing knowledge or better, substance. I fear sometimes that there is a contagion of selectivity that supplants speculative estimation over the whole counsel of Gods word. It ends up with often surface level squabling, contention and controveresy.

As much as it has been mentioned elsewhere, there is something to a wonder of the lack of contemplation in these parts. Far more shooting from the hip or the lip, the longer, in depth items brought forth from minds far better renewed are buried or pushed aside at the expense of this compulsion. If all these things do not create a Berean heart as much as a Berean mind and a prayerful spirit, to do our own mining as a matter of course, as both a reaction and a desire... We will continue to have only combatants in the world of opinion rather than unity of Gods thought, intent, in spirit and in truth.

And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another. 1Co 4:6

P
PreachParsly

It was great. He preached on how children imitate their parents. I enjoyed the whole atmosphere there. Honestly, what stuck out to me the most is how wonderfully behaved the children were. I don't think I heard barely any distrubances by children. So many of the childen were sitting and intently listening just like adults. It excites me to see children obey their parents and actually listen to the preaching.

S
sermonindex

Honestly, what stuck out to me the most is how wonderfully behaved the children were.

Great observation brother, I have found in my limited traveling that when the parents are godly and seeking to raise godly children that they are well behaved and are not exposed to much tv and videos, and many other of these toys. To see children behaved and listening to preaching or sitting in a bible study is a excellent thing. I remember being in a fellowship in missiouri and they were singing a song: "Obedience is, the very best way, to show that you believe..."

here are the lyrics to it:

Obedience is the very best way
To show that you believe:
Doing exactly what the Lord commands,
Doing it happily!
Action is the key, do it immediately.
Joy you will receive!
Obedience is the very best way
To show that you believe!

And you spell it O B E D I E N C E (yes, Sir!)
Obedience is the very best way
To show that you believe!

We want to live pure, we want to live clean,
We want to do our best.
Sweetly submitting to authority,
Leaving to God the rest!
Walking in the Light, keeping our attitudes right
On the narrow way;
For if we believe, the Word we receive,
We always will obey!

O B E D I E N C E (yes, Sir!)
Obedience is the very best way
To show that you believe!

S

Well, I'm back from our family camp. What a time it was! In His faithfulness God heard our prayers and came and visited us. Praise the Lord! I am praising the Lord for each person He brought to the meetings.
One thing that really sticks out is the hunger that people had for God. The hunger to pray and seek Him was such a blessing to see. So often there is so much apathy in the Church toward seeking God.
People came from California, Georgia, Texas, Indiana, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma...
After an exhausting but spiritually exhilarating weekend I am ready to seek to know my blessed Lord even more, and to soak myself more in the Word of God. Life is too short to waste on trivial matters.
Thank you so much for praying!
"LORD, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear." Psalms 10:17
I hope to share more as I have time. We'll be sending the messages to Greg as soon as we have them edited and perfected. I don't know about pictures...
I hope to hear more testimonies from others. It's so encouraging to hear what God does in each life.
Please continue to pray for the Daniels and each meeting that has yet to take place. Do try to hear Mr. Daniel if at all possible. He has messages that God has burned on his heart to share with the Christians here in America.
God bless each one of you, and do spend much time in God's Word!
~Joy

DS

What a humbling experience, once again. Not only is the preciousness of the Lord evident in the ernest prayers of those seeking to glorify Him, but everyday lives lived according to the Word of God were so evident. Family camp is the closest thing to a little taste of heaven I have experienced. I dont suppose there will be preaching in heaven, but much of what Brother Keith preaches is just glorifying of Jesus and truly trusting and putting all faith in Him. and living, in every way, for Jesus. Once again, my outlook on the world has been refreshed by drawing closer to Jesus...knowing the time maybe very short for this world. There is an urgency to draw from the Holy Spirit to be led in everything...that others may see Jesus...that we may glorify Him in everything! Oh, may the world be wooed by the Holy Spirit to see Jesus and to perservere to worship and glorify Him.
OH, the testimonies given were so precious, too. God is meeting so many people and delivering them from the lusts of this world.
I am very honored to be a lady, so that I could hear Sister Jenny Daniel make the Old Testament come to life, as she applied it to our everyday lives. I encourage you to listen to her teachings, too. She is such a blessing and an encouragement to us.
Roy was preaching when his mother was teaching, so I didnt get to hear those sermons yet, but I heard from those that attended, that lives were changed and needs met. I did get to hear a small sermon he gave on Sunday about children honoring your parents. I am old, but i went to my mom and dad and told them I was sorry for not always honoring them. I am so blessed to even have them...and they are Godly parents!
And lastly, the Holy Spirit was poured out through brother Keith. I do not think it is possible to not be moved to repent about something in your life, when you listen to him preach the Word of God (well, at least not me). I have been reinvigorated to meditate on God's Word. Now, when i read the Bible, I just thank God for every sentence of it.
I suppose I could go on and on. Let's keep praying for these meetings. And I can hardly wait for the Audios to become available. :-)

Your sister in Christ,

“Otto Koning’s humor and dedication to God has captivated audiences around the world as he retells his experiences. He and his wife, Carol, served 14 years as missionaries to a stone age, headhunting tribe of Papua Indonesia (formerly Dutch New Guinea). Pioneering in these steaming, disease ridden swamp lands, they experienced total defeat, literally falling apart at the seams. An incredible series of events, including personal revival and victory for these missionaries, resulted in the demon controlled savages turning from their chronic fears to faith in God!”

Mr. Koning is best known for his book, “The Pineapple Story”. He gives story after story of what God has done in his life. I just smile when I think of Mr. Koning. He shares with such honesty, and in a very humorous way what he has gone through.
I’m so excited to see that he will also be sharing at these meetings. If you live close to these meetings I really encourage you to go.

Is anyone else going to Mabank, Texas this weekend? I plan on meeting Roniya there, and would love to meet anyone else from these forums that might be going.

Brother Paul, I will also, Lord willing, be there on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. I have to march in the Veteran's Day parade with my university marching band this afternoon so I won't make it in time.

two of my college friends will be coming also. :-)

I was blessed with the opportunity to attend the Oregon meetings with 4 of my friends. It was truly amazing! Keith speaks with such boldness and truth and is constantly in the Spirit. I was honored to be able to talk with him for about a half-hour each night but the last. He is really the most humble man and has such a sincerity about him.
I asked for the DVDs and CDs of the meetings and will see how to get them on this site. All who attend these meetings will truly be blessed!

Praise God brother for this update and praise report. If you want email me about details on how you could get the audio and video digital files to me. I can give you specifics on the requirments and ftp access.

Greetings all. Sorry we didn't think to post anything on the site here regarding the Vermont meetings.

Keith will be speaking each night at 7pm from Monday, Nov 13 to Wed, Nov 15 in East Bethel, Vermont.

I just noted that a contact phone number is listed in this thread in the original posting of Keith's schedule. FYI.

Due to a flight cancellation, Brother Keith will not be at the meeting tonight (Nov. 13).

Please do keep brother Keith in your prayers. He has had a very exhausting and stressful day. One of his flights was cancelled and that really made things complicated. Instead of being in Vermont tonight he is staying in NYC, NY. The airline that was responsible for one of the cancelations is putting him up at a nearby hotel.
So, he missed his meeting tonight in Vermont. I am so sorry for those who were disappointed. Lord willing he will be at the next two meetings in Vermont.
But pray fervently for him. His luggage is lost. So pray that it is recovered tomorrow.
It was wonderful being at the meetings in Mabank. I only heard part of the first message, but my heart was really encouraged at seeing what God is doing in this community. I'll post more on it later.
It was a great blessing meeting brother Paul West, and Taylor and his friends.
Thanks for praying. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much...

Yes, I will pray for brother Keith, that God takes this situation and turns it around for his glory. I was so blessed to be at the meetings in Mabank and meet sister Joy (Roniya) and her humble, godly family. I was so blessed. I thank God for his goodness in them. I thank God for brother Keith, and it was wonderful to meet this truly humble man of God. I have never met anyone like this precious brother. His transparency even out of the pulpit is astonishing. He literally breathes of God's purity. I bless the Lord he ever came my way via Joy and Sermonindex.

In Christ's love for all the saints of God,

Brother Paul

hey paul, sorry we didn't get to meet. i really wanted to meet you and your wife, but i didn't know how you both look like. i should of ask joy, but didn't think to then. i only showed up at the sunday night meeting. i was sitting on the last row with my family and friends. i was the only asian there. so if you remember seeing an asian there last sunday, thats me!

God bless you.

P

MyFirstLove,

If you were the only Asian there, I saw you. Were you with a young man (presumably your husband?) and some children? If so, you walked right by while Joy and I were talking! I'm so sorry we didn't get a chance to talk. I pray that if God ever brings some of us together again, that we would find each other! Prayerfully this will be soon. Until then, may God richly bless you in Christ Jesus and keep our fellowship here in these forums through godly communication and love.

P.S. My wife couldn't make it; she had to work the weekend. Instead, I went with my nephew and brother-in-law (probably the only two Hispanics there!). You may have seen me talking with Joy at the table where they had all Keith's DVD's and tapes and videos after he preached on Sunday. I was wearing a brown shirt.

I was so disappointed to hear that Keith did not make it last night. Is he able to make the meeting for tomorrow???

He should be preaching there tonight and tomorrow night. As far as I know he made it to his destination. But keep praying for his luggage to be found. In brother Keith's last few days of his tour he is usually really exausted. And now he has the added stress of missing luggage.

Tinluke, are you going to any of the meetings? Do share with us a testimony from the meetings if you do!
I think God is wanting to do something great in these last few days of brother Keith's tour this fall. I have heard that already the Lord has been doing great things in Pennsylvania where the last meeting will be.

Hi Roniya,

Unfortunatly, I did not make it. I couldn't find anyone to go with me and my husband didn't want me making the trip alone late at night. I'd be coming from the Boston area, so the trip would be over 2 hours. I'm really disappointed, but I'm thankful to sermonindex for making his sermons avalible.
