ANNOUNCEMENT: A Call to Prayer for SermonIndex!

S
sermonindex

Saints,

This call is for everyone that has been blessed by this ministry and touched by it. Even though God is blessing and spreading the messages from this website across the world and also allowing Conferences, etc to take place. Yet this ministry right now is the most vulnerable and its a dangerous time for this ministry. I believe the devil is working to try and dismantle and cause reproach on this ministry.

I believe the only reason why this website ministry has been effective has been because of the believing prayers of the saints of God that use this website and share in its ministry. With the release of new evangelistic and discipleship sites (www.watchthegospel.com) I believe more then ever there needs to be prayer for this ministry.

IF you are willing to commit to praying daily for this ministry then please post a reply and show your support in this area of prayer and you will be added to the list.

It might be noted that praying for SI is to pray for ones self in the doing. You make up this strange, wonderful place with your comments and heart pourings, with your help to others, with an encouragement or even a conviction. With yet another addition to this growing library of tremendous thought; Think of it. The references that are now part and parcel; ... have you read _____? They are your contributions; give this a gander ______. Truly there are yet still gems to be unearthed, sermons and articles and old repetitions of things from last year - 5 years ago, that still bare repeating seeing that we are so dull and slow, I will speak for myself at any rate. Saints, there is far more than we will ever know this side of things going on and through all this. Freely is it given, a banquet for the taking, an education of the highest order, that is a spiritual one. Who knows who is out there across the known globe absorbing these things and having their dispositions altered by them. Who knows of those more wise than many of us that keep their words to themselves but their hearts engaged. Who knows who may well be praying for you, and you for them. The Lord knows.

I commit myself to pray for this ministry. I can easily see how the evil one would want to destroy this very useful tool, for it's a wonderful means by which God's children can be built up and strengthened in the faith.

I will also pray for you Greg and the other volunteers because without doubt you all are prime targets for his onslaught as well.
