Perfect Love

My blessed Saviour died for me,
They took and hung Him on a tree.
His perfect heart for me did bleed,
And by His mercy I was freed.

Freed from sin and freed from death
My chains fell off, it's done He said.
Now bound to Him in perfect love,
He showers blessings from above.

Oh perfect Love how can it be,
That Thou wouldst die to set me free.
