PRAISE TO OUR HOLY KING

COLOSSIANS 3:1-4
1 If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. 2 Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

Psalm 145
(David’s Psalm of praise.)

145:1 ¶ I will exalt you, my God, O King; and I will bless your name for ever and ever.
145:2 Every day will I bless you; and I will praise your name for ever and ever.
145:3 Great (high, mighty) is Yahweh, and greatly (exceedingly much) to be praised (to shine light upon); and his greatness (majesty) is unsearchable.
145:4 One generation (age) shall praise (commend) your works to another, and shall declare (report) your mighty acts (strength, valor).
145:5 I will speak of the glorious honor of your majesty, and of your wondrous works.
145:6 And men shall speak of the might of your terrible acts: and I will declare your greatness.
145:7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of your great goodness, and shall sing of your righteousness.
145:8 Yahweh is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
145:9 Yahweh is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.
145:10 ¶ All your works shall praise you, O Yahweh; and your saints shall bless you.
145:11 They shall speak of the glory of your kingdom, and talk of your power;
145:12 To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
145:13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom and your dominion endures throughout all generations.
145:14 Yahweh upholds all that fall, and raises up all those that be bowed down.
145:15 The eyes of all wait upon you; and you give them their meat in due season.
145:16 You open your hand, and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
145:17 Yahweh is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.
145:18 Yahweh is near to all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.
145:19 He will fulfill the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
145:20 Yahweh preserves all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.
145:21 My mouth shall speak the praise of Yahweh: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.

This, that was posted by Brother ceedub from Albert Barnes, speaks volumes to me.

"Let a man feel that he is soon to stand at the judgment-seat, and it will do much to keep him from an improper estimate of his own importance; let him feel that he must give an account to God, and that his great interests are to be determined by the estimate which God will affix to his character, and it will teach him that the opinion of the world is of little value. This will restrain his vanity and ambition. This will show him that the great business of life is to secure the favour of God, and to be prepared to give up his account; and there is no way so effectual of checking ambition, and subduing vanity and the love of applause, as to feel that we are soon to stand at the awful bar of God."

When we see Him, we'll see all the time we wasted and all the time lost in not pursuing Truth and Love in Christ.

There isn't all that much time guaranteed to any of us before we'll stand before Him and see His Omniscient Eyes looking straight through us.

LORD GOD, Wake Us Up Please - in Jesus, The Word of GOD's Thrice Holy Name.

Amen Jesus-is-GOD
May the Lord Bless you keep you make His face shine on you and give you peace.

REVELATION 7:9-17

After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11 All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying:

“ Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom,
Thanksgiving and honor and power and might,
Be to our God forever and ever.
Amen.”

13 Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?”
14 And I said to him, “Sir, you know.”
So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. 16 They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; 17 for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters.[c] And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
