As I lay in my own gutter 22 years ago, it was Saviours nail scarred hands that held me. The single set of footprints belonged to Jesus. He breathed life into me and gave me a new life. The old one died that day. He loved me when I was incapable of loving myself. I am an alcoholic, sober by His grace alone and nothing else. His mercy has forgiven me. I am a new creation. Today the Lord Jesus has called me to serve in this ministry for the sick alcoholic and his family. I just want to say thank you Lord.
