I am reminded of an incident that happened in the UK a few years back. Two community support officers arrived on the scene where a 10 year old boy was submerged in a pond after attempting to rescue his sister.

These officers did not attempt to rescue this child because they were 'not trained' to do a water rescue. They waited for back up and the boy drowned.

Yes, I read this also. Its the government.....enough said, no good deed goes unpunished, in the eyes of our Governments...

The government wants the people to go to them for support not the kindness of others. They want the people dependent upon the government.

There are homeless who are not drug addicts or drunks. There are homeless who avoid the 'shelters' because they are unsafe. No matter, the government wants every peg to fit into the square holes - regardless of their shape. They will simply force them to fit.

I do not doubt that praying in a 'shelter' is discouraged. Or, sharing a Bible or your Faith. If not, it will criminalized as soon as they can get the laws written.
