Dear Praying Friends, VERY URGENT PRAYER NEEDED
>
> This morning Pastor Rev. Farhad Sabok- Rooh and his wife were taken into custody along with their children and several other children who were in their home church for a Christmas celebration in Iran. They are in grave danger and in need of emergency prayer. They are good friends of a local Iranian Pastor here in Sacramento which is a church that we love and have very close relationship with.
>
> Please pray for this Pastor, his wife, children and the other children also.
> We will keep you informed of the situation.
>
> Thank you for your prayers.

Who would have thought this Iranian pastor and his family would be spending their Christmas in jail. Even the children have, been put in prison.
This Christmas morning as you gather around the Christmas tree, open gifts, go to church, eat Christmas dinner, Wooud you pause and remember this Iranian pastor and his family in an Iranian prison. Would you remember those in shipping containers in Eritrea, death camps of N. Korea, prisons of China. For these are our brothers and sisters who will spend their Christmas in restrictions or persecution or isolation. As you give thanks for Jesus and his gifts would you please remember the persecuted.
