ALEX Salmond’s own church minister is concerned that Scottish Government gay marriage proposals will force him to compromise his religious beliefs.
Reverend Andrew Fothergill, who can count the First Minister among his congregation, is concerned church ministers will be forced to perform gay marriages if they become legal.
And he questioned promises given by the Scottish Government that this would not be the case.
