Treasures of Wisdom is a devotional booklet containing writings of Martha Wing Robinson. The booklet was compiled by Mr. and Mrs. Gordon P. Gardiner.

October 1:

"Endure unto the end.
Night passes. Dawn is breaking.

October 2:

October 5:

"Have you given spirit, body, heart, life, will, thoughts, words, attitudes, feelings?"

God is in this Book. It is the Book of all books. It is the necessity of every soul. Get into this Book. Pray over it. Get it into your mind.

Live it, obey it, and it will deliver you from the world, the flesh, and the devil. It will be your passport into Glory."

December 1:

"Look within and tell Jesus He rules, and that you will think, act, and speak as He would--and He will look after you to help you to be like that."

"Alone with God is the place to get the knowledge of the will of God."

"In the spiritual life you have to stand steadfast and be patient, and show the devil that as you fooled and yielded, so now you don't fool and don't yield, and are in earnest. And if you do slip somewhere, you are not going to let him run you, but you will get right back again, sweetly and fearlessly, into God's will."

"A minister cannot go on in God's work depending upon past instruction. His Bible study has to keep pace with his experience and service."

"When your mind is found wandering, turn it back to spiritual thoughts. Worship God or sing a song."

"If you will bind up your own lips and speak only the things that glorify Him, He will show you Himself."

"We are to keep our eyes off everything and everybody but just Jesus."

Because we do not have faith for instantaneous healing and He gives us just what we are able to claim by faith. What do we do when we get only a gradual or partial healing? Recognize our own lack of faith; keep humble; hold right on; be persistent and expectant. Ask God to perfect and complete the work; don't get worried or anxious. Thank Him for what victory we have. Get closer to Him until we can touch the hem of His garment."

July 1:

September 21st:

"Don't draw back from God's purpose for you, and then don't of course think you are to be someone unusual."

"Don't testify to an experience God is carrying you through until it is finished."

"Keep indulging the flesh and doing the things that don't please Jesus, and keep exercising your own will when you know the mind of the Lord- why of course you miss your life in Christ, and you get more in the flesh."
