Avoid Becoming Entagled

This came in my e-mail this morning. Sometimes I just quickly scan through these devotional type e-mails but this one caught my attention and made me pause so thought I would share it here.;

Avoid stupid controversies, genealogies, dissensions, and quarrels over the law, for they are unprofitable and futile.
Titus 3:9

Whatever is not motivated by love is worthless in the eyes of God. This also goes for religious controversies and legalistic arguments in which we selfishly insist that our opinion is right. Avoid becoming entangled, for such dissensions spell death to your spiritual life and the spiritual life of the Body of Christ.
