The world was shaken today. The vote in Britain to leave Europe is highly significant and I believe has prophetic consequences. Put your seat-belt on folks. There is a stirring in the world and an air of rebellion against all things established. It is a rejection of the old order. There is a new world order coming. Just another stepping stone in a rapidly evolving or devolving world that is anti-christian at heart and deeply discontented with all things established. Typically when the extreme right is on the march they require a scapegoat as does the extreme left. Either way, there is trouble ahead for a world without statesmen. Into the vacuum that is being created will step the strong man, the deliverer. The world is in desperate need of a strong visionary and that old enemy of our soul has just the man in mind. Tick tock, the prophetic calendar is running down. Stand fast brothers and sisters for we who stand on holy ground are not shaken..........bro Frank
Britain leave EU-New World Order
Frank-
Can you give a quick summary of what the EU is and why the UK leaving it is a big deal?
Pardon my ignorance.
This may be dif from brother Frank's perspective and prolly an oversimplification....
EU is a confederation of European nations where, like our federal gov, each nation surrenders a portion of their national sovereignty in order to benefit the whole... There seems to be a push back to globalization in certain spheres and as I understand it Britain is opting out and choosing independence.
Honestly I expected it to happen,... and see it as a good thing (potentially).
I'd imagine us to see Britain strengthen ties to the likes of Russia, China, USA, etc.... and tho in the short term the £ will surely suffer,... this is a long game move and there will definitely be consequences both socially and politically as they appear just as divided as the USA is on the same issues...
Prophetically I cannot speak to this as I'm not deep enough in it, however I did read where it was said "The bible says Britain has a different destiny than Europe"... which did strike a positive cord with me-
Lord willing, it will indeed bare godly fruit:)
The European Union consists of the Europeans countries and Great Britain. It is a trading bloc and the union was formed in 1957 in Rome. The idea behind it was trade and relationships with each other that would head of any more wars between the European countries. It was initially six countries and they brought together their coal and steel industries. This move would have later devastating effects on coal mines and steel mills in Britain, not unlike the effects of NAFTA. Obviously they now have a single currency, apart from Britain and have become interdependent on each other for trade within the bloc and outside of the bloc.
Each countries citizens could travel freely and work within the union. Problem was that millions of Poles and other poorer members traveled to France and Britain and put enormous strains on their liberal welfare systems, housing and so on. They also undercut many Brits pay by working harder and cheaper, much like the Mexican problem in the States. The difference is that there are many Brits to do the obs that the Polish were taking. And so, the only real beneficiaries were corporations and small business owners. Unlike America, the vast majority of the Brits are working class so these policies adversely affect a much greater percentage of the population than in a country like America where the great number of folks are middle class.
Therefore, when the big crash came eight years ago, ordinary working folks in Britain paid a much higher price proportionally than the middle class due to severe cut-backs. There have been many scandals in the last few years due to the " austerity program,' of the Tories, the equivalent of the Republicans here in the States. Bankers got off scot free and poor folks had to pay with austerity cuts. And so between that and liberal immigration policies, the folks had enough.
It effects us because it speaks to stability or instability. Notice that the Dow is down over 500 points. Also notice that this dislike for all things established is not just happening in Britain and Europe but all over the world and here in the States, hence Donald Trump and Sanders. Its a contagion of discontentment at a time when the world is without any true leadership, any true statesman. The way is being paved by this vacuum for a strong leader that the world so desperately desires.....bro Frank
Thx Fletcher- I am wondering what evangelicals in UK think about this. It struck me as a good thing as well as the term "globalization" skeeves me out a tad.
I believe Britain leaving the European Union is just the general discontent that's impacting the globe. There is a lot of instability. And there is a lack of leadership in both the political and the religious speheres. All of this setting the stage for the world leader to come. That one that's called the Antichrist.
Simply my thoughts.
Thanks Frank- very helpful.
Do you personally think the break is a good or bad thing?
I think the 900 evangelicals who met to endorse Donald Trump is an indication of the lack of leadership in the American Church. One wonders where the likes of such prophetic men as David Wilkerson are. But then even if such prophetic individuals were round, as I believe they are in the remnant, who would listen to them? Only those who are in the remnant will listen to the prophetic men and women who are speaking forth the things of Christ.
Again simply my thoughts.
By itself, I think the Brexit is significant for the UK bankers and politicians and the EU bankers and politicians. As always, the workers will bear the load of any economic or political displacement.
In the context of the whole world, I BELIEVE (sorry, I'd bold that except we can't :) ) we will see a more complete Islamization of the UK. It seems to me that they do not have any desire --- with or without the EU --- to change that. I am very interested in what the Bank of England will do over the long run and who its stakeholders will be. I expect that to tilt decidedly Arab. I think they will seek a lifeline and I think the Arabs will happily extend it. But, I seriously doubt any of us will ever know.
Prophetically? I don't know with certainty either. I have opinions is all right now. All of us can agree on this, though: May God pour His Spirit on the UK and bring them to repentance and faith in Jesus very, very soon.
Hi Todd,
I think we are beyond that. It is like a river that gets quicker and quicker as it heads towards a waterfall. Momentum is picking up in world events and it is way above any humans pay-grade, enough to know that there is a plan unfolding and we are being swept along with it in waves of discontentment and emotions. I think it would be helpful for us saints to seek higher ground in the Spiritual realm so to speak and see that all of this means that Jesus is coming but before He does we will have to endure and overcome one last great worldwide oppression. In the natural I can see why many would think that leaving the EU would be a good thing. If I were a secular person I would have voted to leave. Being in the Lord my chief concern is for the Body of Christ which I love dearly..............bro Frank
Hi Tim, Muslims in Britain will fear this move. This has been driven by the far right and UKIP members who are no friends to the Muslim community. In the natural one could see why as Muslims in Britain are very aggressive in asserting their way of life and protecting " their." territory. There are no go areas in Britain as well as in France...........bro Frank
Volatility in the markets will last a couple of weeks, then begin to stabilize, (IMO) but, let's see what happens with Spain's election on Sunday.
America is not really affected that much since 2.9% of our trade is with Britain. Today, in the market was mostly psychological.
This is a revolt against the elite political establishment and a wake up call to politicians that ordinary people are sick and tired of being lied to and cheated by the crony capitalistic system.
This is probably the best thing that could have happened as it sends a message to the political elite and useless Brussels bureacracy that people are tired of complex laws and endless regulatory hurdles and they have had it with open borders. Working people have had enough.
Britain still has their Central Bank and own currency and this will not be a disaster for them. Geert Wilders is already saying the Netherlands is next. A northern Italy constituency is asking for a referendum, too. People want their sovereignty and economic freedom back and they want to control their own borders (loss of sovereignty). The people in Brussels that run the EU are not elected, they are appointed and they take money from every country in the EU, and for what are they giving the EU countries for all the money they take?
If Switzerland can operate in a "single" market and outside of the EU so can Britain. Brexit is a victory of ordinary people, common sense and people who are prepared to take responsibility for the sake of freedom against a political and financial elite that only cares if stocks go up or down and does not care about the interests of the average British citizen.
One can only hope that more countries will choose this course.
This is not good news for Clinton and Obama, who both support the global elite and Britain staying and not leaving the EU. Obama went over to Britain recently and told them as far as trade deals they would have to go back to the end of the queue if they left the EU. I don't think Britains liked being scolded/threatened by him.
But, look for a huge backlash from the global elite. They don't fancy losing control. I think they may engineer something very big and horrible now in order to put people back in their place. Do you think Satan supported Leave or Remain?
I just returned from a business trip, gone for 1 week, yuk. I read your explanation and just wanted to say thank for that. That was helpful as I really didn't understand the scope of the problem, looks to me like there are several parallels to the current condition of America..very interesting.
/All of this setting the stage for the world leader to come. That one that's called the Antichrist./
21 - And in his place a despicable person will arise, on whom the honor of kingship has not been conferred, but he will come in a time of tranquility (peace agreements?) and seize the kingdom by intrigue.
22 - And the overflowing forces will be flooded away before him and shattered, and also the prince of the covenant.
23 - And after an alliance is made with him he will practice deception, and he will go up and gain power with a small force of people. (Dan 11:23 - NASB)
The words "force of" are in italics so they were added later.
Some believe he will start out small with a small people much as Hitler started out preaching to a very few people at a time in beer halls. He will have great and swelling words but will be practicing deception and intrigue. Some type of ten king alliance will throw in with him ("give their kingdom to the beast") but this will last only a brief time (one hour) as the career of the AC will be brief but intense.
12 And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour.
13 These have one purpose and they give their power and authority to the beast.
14 These will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, becasue He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with him are the called and chosen and faithful.
14 These will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him are the called and chosen and faithful.”
15 And he *said to me, "The waters which you saw where the harlot sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues.
16 And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the harlot (a humanistic system at least including Jerusalem) and will make her desolate and naked, and will eat her flesh and will burn her up with fire.
17 For God has put it in their hearts to execute His purpose by having a common purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God will be fulfilled.
18 The woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth.”
(Rev 17:12-18)
In the days of these 10 kings,
40 Then there will be a fourth kingdom as strong as iron; inasmuch as iron crushes and shatters all things, so, like iron that breaks in pieces, it will crush and break all these in pieces.
41 In that you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, it will be a divided kingdom; but it will have in it the toughness of iron, inasmuch as you saw the iron mixed with common clay.
42 As the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of pottery, so some of the kingdom will be strong and part of it will be brittle.
43 And in that you saw the iron mixed with common clay, they will combine with one another in the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, even as iron does not combine with pottery.
The Divine Kingdom
44 In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.
Ten toes and ten horns and ten kings - the connecting symmetry in the word of the Lord is something to behold! In the days of these ten kings is when things will come to their final culmination.
But the AC, practicing intrigue and deception, may start off with small beginnings with a small people.
One can't be overly dogmatic of course but the prophetic word of the Lord leaves us far from being in the dark because it's supposedly impossible to garner and understand anything from the prophetic word. If the word is as clear as it is in some places then it's impossible to not have a degree of insight beforehand.
Blessings. The true Church will have to get through coming times TOGETHER.
Former Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan told CNBC on Friday the U.K. vote to leave the European Union ushers in a period that's even worse than the darkest days of October 1987.
Britons voted by 51.9 percent to quit the 28-country union, shocking markets that had priced in a win for the remain camp.
"This is the worst period, I recall since I've been in public service," Greenspan said on "Squawk on the Street."
"There's nothing like it, including the crisis ”” remember October 19th, 1987, when the Dow went down by a record amount 23 percent? That I thought was the bottom of all potential problems. This has a corrosive effect that will not go away."
The former Fed chairman said that the root of the "British problem is far more widespread." He said the result of the referendum will "almost surely" lead to the Scottish National Party trying to "resurrect Scottish Independence."
Greenspan said the "euro currency is the immediate problem." While the euro and the euro zone were major steps in a movement toward European political integration, "it's failing," he said.
"Brexit is not the end of the set of problems, which I always thought were going to start with the euro because the euro is a very serious problem in that the southern part of the euro zone is being funded by the northern part and the European Central Bank," Greenspan said.
Even with that in mind, the European Central Bank is limited in what it can do because these fundamental problems like the stagnation of real incomes don't have easy solutions, Greenspan told CNBC.
"There's a certain amount that monetary policy can do, but our problem is fundamentally fiscal," he said, adding that this is true in the United States as well as "every major country in Europe."
Part of the problem is that the "developed countries are all aging very rapidly," which is leading to a higher ratio of government spending in the form of entitlements, Greenspan said.
The 90-year-old Greenspan presided over the Federal Reserve for 19 years, starting with the administration of President Ronald Reagan through that of George W. Bush.
I don't believe Muslims will be afraid. UK will open up to them more. Almost half of UK voted remain. The fight is just starting. Most Brits welcome Muslims.
Having said that I remember when most of us, including me, thought the EU and the ECM was the revived Roman empire. Tim LaHaye sure did. Suddenly we are all casting in with some other prophecy theory that includes the demise of the EU. IDK.
does any of this have to do with the "european common market" that back in the 70s people were saying would be the 10 nation alliance?
TMK, yes.. The EU IS the old ECM, essentially.
/does any of this have to do with the "european common market" that back in the 70s people were saying would be the 10 nation alliance?/
Maybe not but I'm just re-iterating what is written in the prophetic word and trying to make some sense of it. Ten kings or nations are specifically decribed as going to give their authority over to the beast to help futher his activities. It's likely we cannot tell for sure at this point who or what all this will include. I'm not of the opinion though that attempts to understand prophecy better should automatically be met with skepticism supposedly because a modern mantra has become we can't understand it anyway so why try? Failed pop prophecy and sensationalism don't mean we have to throw the prophetic baby out with the bathwater.
Docs, I agree. I do believe we have probably all been so wrong on prophecy that we probably need to back way up and start again. Not give up. Back up.
Tic-tick indeed. What I find interesting is the scapegoating coming from the one world supporters against evangelicals. Couple that with the apparent self-deception whereby Christianity, which encourages an insult to be met with forgiveness versus Islam which demands death, where Christianity is viewed as the evil... I am very interested in seeing what happens next. It is almost possible to cross reference the news with the bible prophecies.
Excellent estimation of the situation Julius and what the man on the street thinks.
Like the "ring in the cracker jack box,” the EU needs Britain much more than Britain needs the EU. For the EU, which is on the verge of self-destruction due to ongoing failed monetary policies, the need to maintain an image of "continuity” is critical. A recent Bloomberg Brief with billionaire Peter Hargreaves ( http://newsletters.briefs.blpprofessional.com/document/5tzu-SYAPdeetYuWyAZaGw--_brz1rxlep5hzb2rp7i/qampa-peter-hargreaves ), the largest U.K. retail broker, with more than $84.1 billion equivalent in assets, crystallized this point.
"Every year in the EU it gets more political, it gets more legislative, more regulative; we don’t seem to get very much benefit from it. We will be far better out. The EU as an economic mark is declining in the world, when there were only nine countries in, it was 30 percent of the world’s GDP, now there are 28 it is only 17 percent. That’s some serious decline.
There’s a huge amount of vested interest, a lot people making these comments are politically motivated and also work for big banks that aren’t British. They’ve built these enormous dealing rooms and offices in the City of London and Canary Wharf and their bosses are saying we don’t want to endanger this huge investment of ours. I don’t think it will endanger that huge investment. You can’t move the City of London to anywhere else in Europe. It’s madness to suggest it. Frankfurt, the place everybody keeps talking about, only has a population of 700,000, it could not accommodate anything like the City of London. The City of London is absolutely guaranteed, it is bound to survive. The only center that could take over would be Zurich and that’s not in the EU either. It’s absolute drivel that the City of London will be affected. The City of London will go out and it will deal with these emerging economies in the Pacific Basin, Southeast Asia, Africa ”” they’re all going to want finance for different things. You can’t set up the City of London anywhere else. It takes years, and during that time the City of London will have grown.
The EU will disintegrate when we leave. They will realize there is nothing left. The political union is going to be a disaster and they’ll want a free-trade area. Do you know who’ll be the first country invited to that free trade area? The U.K.”
He is correct. The whole social experiment of the EU was designed by political parties to socialize the entirety of Europe. Of course, as with all social experiments which require "other people’s money,” it is eventually doomed to failure. However, as Hargreaves correctly states, this is about the vested interest of those that are politically motivated and directly benefit from the monetary interventions of the ECB.
I am 65 years old. Some of you may not remember the early days of the American Space Program. Astronauts were first launched in a space capsule called a Mercury capsule. Thid was atop A rocket called a Redstone Rocket.
I remembered when Alan Shepard and John Glenn were launched in their respective space capsules after ignition. They would give this phrase,
... and the clock is running...
I think of that when I see Frank's tic toc. The prophetic clock is running.
Simply my two cents worth going back down retro lane. Or is that retro rocket. :-)
Quote: "It is almost possible to cross reference the news with the bible prophecies."
Really? In the early 70s during the Jesus Movement revival particularly on the west coast many of those folks were 100% convinced the rapture was imminent based on the current events of their time.
They were wrong. 50 years from now people will be saying today's prognosticators are wrong.
Its just as well I dont believe in a pre trib rapture Todd :) ...............bro Frank
My post was a tad smarmy so I apologize.
I just think reading scripture to get a greater revelation of Jesus Christ is enough to be getting on with. The headlines will never do that and in my estimation divert our eyes.
Let me ask this: if all we had was scripture and our inner life with God and never saw a headline or news, would we be prepared when the bad stuff happens?
Hint: it's a rhetorical question.
Yes.:)

Greenspan should know since he and other's have been manipulating the market and interest rates. Maybe I'm wrong but I think one of the darkest day for America will come when they stop manipulating it and interest rates shoot up to where the were during the Carter / Reagan years (13% or higher).
Where the borrower will TRULY be slave to the lender.
Pay off your loans and get out of debt, my friends.
If this movement was wrong about the timing of the rapture it seems one would still not need to throw out the prophetic baby with the bathwater. The pre-trib rapture is obviously a incorrect belief so the Jesus Movement was basing their conclusions on a wrong doctrine. What might be ascertained from the prophets and Jesus anmd the apostles if they are studied from a correct orientation placed in the correct context? The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy so one is studying about the activities of Christ when they study prophecy. Why would God make His word clear and unambigious and yet inspire prophecy to be so baffling and unclear so as to leave His church in the dark because well, after all, you can't make heads or tails of it anyway? It seems that if that day will not come upon the children of light as a thief it will be because they have read and understood and know what is going on.
Meanwhile, a charactertistic of the time of the end will be a renewed interest in the writyings of the prophets.
4 But you, O Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book untilthe time of the end. [Then] many shall run to and fro and search anxiously [through the Book], and knowledge of God's purposes as revealed by His prophets] shall be increased and become great. (Daniel 12:4) - AMP)
David-
Why do you think true Spirit-filled believers are given different revelation regarding end times events? Is it a case of one camp just "missing" it? Is it a test of unity?
I have always been curious about this.

Uh oh, you should have started a new thread for this question!! LOL

Why do you think true Spirit-filled believers are given different revelation regarding end times events? Is it a case of one camp just "missing" it? Is it a test of unity?
I have always been curious about this.
Everyone calls it "revelation", right?
Yes, it is always a test of unity.
Satan wants to divide the brethren over non-salvific issues.
Todd writes.......
"Why do you think true Spirit-filled believers are given different revelation regarding end times events? Is it a case of one camp just "missing" it? Is it a test of unity?"
If you have been around the Body of Christ long enough you will know that there are many believers who do not stick to their gifting and it always leads to trouble. For instance there always seems to be at least one naysayer in every group who likes to ask difficult questions, not because it was prompted by the Lord but simply because they like the division that ensues ( okay that was my effort at humor)
So, my answer to your question Todd would be that once any saint steps outside of the specific gifting of the Lord, that saint carries no anointing and simply causes trouble and strive. I think it is an ego thing and a need to die to the flesh.................bro Frank
well said and said well
Frank-
What about true spirit filled believers who hold to pre-trib rapture? Are they simply not walking in their anointing?
Why would the HS, who is the Spirit of Truth, give diametrically opposed revelation to different spirit filled believers? Or is it your position this cannot happen, and that one camp is simply missing what the HS is saying?
God is not the author of confusion.
The "author of confusion" is hiding behind supposed Christian "revelation".
HI Todd,
Being Spirit filled does not make you infallible on faith and morals, that's the Pope's claim. The answer to your question should be self evident. The Holy Spirit does not give diametrically opposed revelation. Let all men be liars and God be true. Actually I am not aware of any pre-trib rapture proponents who claim to be speaking infallibly by the utterance of the Holy Spirit. Can you name any examples for the issue you raised Todd? Surely you must have some otherwise why would you raise the question? I am sure you would not do it merely for mischief's sake? So lets have the names of at least one person from either side of this issue who claim to be speaking infallibly and then we can discuss why they are wrong, whoever they are, who claim this.
I think what you will find Todd is men use hermeneautics to come to their conclusions. This is a methodology, an art, a science of interpreting the Scriptures. This is not unlike the scribes and the scholars of the Pharisees and the Sadducess.................bro Frank
My point is that neither side can claim infallible revelation from the HS. So I am not sure why people are so severely adamant about their position?
Isn't the better attitude "I may be right, but you may be right. Hallelujah."
Or, we may all be wrong. :-)
Todd, in the majority of Christendom I believe your opinion is right. I also believe Julias is right when he says we may all be wrong. I do believe there is a difference between being adamant and knowing. Those who are knowing have insight and revelation and inspiration but have no desire to gain followings or compel men to their position. Those who are adamant are those whose knowledge is derived from their own learnings. Because it comes from their own science, their own art, their own methodology then they lay claim to it, it is something that is theirs, something that they have ownership of and must be bowed to. They make little gods out of themselves and their learnings and for 1700 years, and for the most part under pain of death, compel men to bow to their superior " revelation." It is the mark of the religious man whose entire existence exists in his own head.
Those who " know," understand that the truth is the truth and no matter the opinions of men the truth will come forth, prevail, independent of our own imaginations......bro Frank
PS there is a truth to be known.
Very well stated Frank.
by TMK on 2016/6/28 15:39:45Very well stated Frank.
Yep, so true.
All we really need to know is Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
And that will keep us busy for our entire lives. In fact, we will run out of time so we should ask the Lord to "teach us to number our days", that we may use them wisely.
I suppose there may be a number of reasons perhaps associated with whatever stream of interpretation one has chosen to embrace and believe. As far as Biblical truth and prophecy goes it seems sort of a "truth is relative" statment to say both or many sides may be right. But that then obligates one to have all of his views in line without any questions. I guess. There's tons of common and almost universal agreement in the true church on soteriology - the doctrine of salvation and what happens at salvation. There's tons of agreement on ecclesiology - what the true church is and who compromises it. But there's myriads of disagreement on prophecy and what it means. Persoanlly, I've found in my inquiries that the notion that it's all really basically non understandable and therefore what's the use to try (just to ready) to be a most unbiblical proposition. Prophecy and especially unfulfilled prophecy is intended in my opinion to be a phenomenon that lets the light of the future fall on the present and that can be a quide in many ways among the foremost which may be spiritual and practical preparation. Like Daniel we need to "set our hearts to understand." Pop prophecy and failed date setting and predictions (mainly from pre-trib prognosticators) have had a most unfortunate result to where prophecy in many quarters is immediately scoffed at and yet even this is already reinforced by prevailng notions that prophecy is a hopless enigma to begin with. Why would God make soteriology and ecclesiology pretty much clear and accesible to our spiritual understanding and yet leave prophecy as a part of the Bible that was intended to keep us in the dark? If the day should not overtake us like a thief because we are sons of light then I'm assuming some type of prophetic literacy should be present in the church.
It's my opinion that the long historical practice of spiritualilzing many prophecies so that they supposedly can be properly understood is the reason for many of the divisions in the prophetic realm. The Catholic Church in particular first introduced this practice and it continued under Augustine ever since and was basically the same legacy passed on by the Reformers. God bless the Refgormer though for their soteriology and ecclesiology. Many blessings indeed for that part of their legacy. So one set of believers has continued to believe in a more literal approach to prophetic scripture and one set of believers advocates the prophecies are better understood as having spiritual meanings. I can go along with that. Many prophecies do have spiritual meaning and are fulfilled in Christ yet I have to stop when this practice of spiritual fulfillment has to change the basic meaning and intent of the original author. I know you may be thinking tell us something about yourself we don't know. Yet the Jerusalem of Isaiah 2 has come to mean the church. The wolf and the kid lying down together has come to mean that men who were former enemies will learn to get along and lie down together. The meaning of Israel has been changed because this buttresses the belief that Israel has been replaced and is no longer relevant in the prophetic plan of God. So literal prophecies about Israel are said to not really mean what they do indeed really mean.
From my experience the notion of Israel having a prophetic destiny is where the real prophetic rub comes in. Discussions can be going along in the most amiable and irenic way but when the subject of Israel is brought up the atmosphere changes. Spiritual warfare surrounds the issue itself but maybe something very central and basic and vital is at stake regarding the true outcome of Israel's future. When I began sharing in the most innocent way on the internet regarding Israel I was very suprised how just the subject simply being broached brought such heated emotion accompanied by such ill informed statements like, "Well, what is Israel anyway?" That's like saying if two and two is four what is the real definition of four. Many will grant a final tribulation and maybe even a final antichrist but Israel being exalted from the ashes is where the real rub comes in. That is where a nerve is touched! So many different believers to embrace and believe different things. A natural literal Israel being involved in final events has to be avoided. Many times a final personal antichrist is depersonalized and spiritualized because a literal interpretation forces one to acknowlege that the fury of antichrist is directed against natural Israel and natural Israel has long ago been spiritualized and re-interpreted in many prophecies regarding its future. Most believers acknowledge election of some sort but Israel being brought back from spiritual death and raising from the ashed because of UNCHANGEABLE ELECTION is where they stop. Theres a basic order of eschatological events clearly set forth in both testaments regarding end things and Israel so for many to skirt around and change the meaning of these events and deny this clearly revealed basic and simple order can't help but raise the question if more than just hermentutical exegesis exercises are involved. The explosive nature of the subject of Israel reinforces this. A understannding of a destiny of future spiritual blessings for Israel (that blesses all families of the earth) based on election is really what is at stake as far as prophetic understanding goes. The more confusing the enemy can make the issue the better for him because when these natural branches are reinstated he knows his sway over this age is over. Is the Lord going to literally bring about His word since He has literally fulfilled all the other prohecies? It's NOT WRONG for the church to claim blessings made to Israel. We may have been too either/or toward each other on that part meaning we have judged each other by saying you EITHER believe this OR yu're put of the loop. Yet the church clainming promises made to Israel doesn't change the nature of promises still outstanding to post-tribulational Israel. The events at the second coming of Israel's Messiah to the nation He ascended from and promised to return to will only be possible because of the atoning work He accomplished at His first advent. All of elect Israel will be required to come BY WAY OF THE CROSS and not nationaistic reliance.
Meanwhile, a sign of the time of the end will be a renewed interest in the writings of the prophets.
4 But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the scroll until the end of time. Many will go back and forth and search anxiously [through the scroll], and knowledge [of the purpose of God as revealed by His prophets] will [greatly] increase.” (Daniel 12:4 - AMP)
Like Daniel before this, let us set our heart to understand. Access to prophecy is one of the most important privileges the Lord has ever bestowed on the church which we know is the pillar of truth and understanding. Are we going to continue to accept what the Catholic Church and the Refomers and their followers for the most part passed down as eschatological interpretive legacy or are we going to exercise the priesthood of every believer and look for ourselves? Much is at stake. The disunity can't be the product of God's workings. If we discuss the subject in the future I pledge myself to civility.
Thank you.
Maybe it was planned long ago. Seems like things are really moving in Europe. Why just today it seems all is well. Turkey and Russia make up, Israel and Turkey make amends. John Kerry praises Iran for their help. Someone is pulling the strings. Looks like pressure is on for that 3rd temple to get rolling. Is it for the Man or for Satan? Good question.
Steve DeNun has a very enlightening video today and might shed some light on things. I posted another of his video's under General Topics about "tidings from the east". Perhaps the two witnesses are coming from the east too as Satan is cast out. Maybe they'been waiting in heaven. Both videos are fantastic.

Technically, a lot of developments can still happen. Article 50 of the Lisbon treaty gives UK two years to negotiate its exit from the EU with a provision for extension, to enjoy its rights and pay the obligations.
Some big heads in EU leadership are seeking ways to kick UK sooner but that could boomerang into a protracted legal battle. Moreover, UK is an important export destination for example, by Germany. Then there is the migrant and euro crisis.
England and Wales gave the out vote while Scotland choose to remain with a margin significant enough to push for another referendum.
The Brexit vote brought a big political turmoil in the UK not only to the political parties but also between the leadership which is pro EU and the citizens who are against it.
