Kieth Malcomson at Limerick City Church.
Wonderful man of God. Pastor Malcomson has also authored several books including "Pentecostal Pioneers" which I highly recommend. Kieth also is used in leading the "School of Christ" for the UK & Europe.

Let me also recommend Paul Carley, pastor of Celbridge Church in Celbridge, County Kildare (23k west of Dublin):

I have heard him speak twice, and his messages were powerful and Christ-exalting.
