I really like the post "Free from Sin and the Flesh." I would encourage all of you to read it. Just today I gave up normal things that I like to do that don't really serve much purpose just to see what it would do to my flesh... and I have been having a great day, doing things only for the Spirit and for Christ is freeing. So read it and apply it to you life... if it changes you somehow please leave a message sharing your experience.
