Verse 1

SUMMONED my labour to renew, And glad to act my part, Lord, in thy name my work I do, And with a single heart.

Verse 2

End of my every action thou, In all things thee I see: Accept my hallowed labour now, I do it unto thee.

Verse 3

Whate'er the Father views as thine, He views with gracious eyes; Jesus, this mean oblation join To thy great sacrifice.

Verse 4

Stamped with all infinite desert, Thy work he then shall own; Well pleased with me, when mine thou art, And I his favoured son.
